Quick Start Guide
To start the screens (required) as well as your meeting (optional), follow the steps below :
STEP 1
Click « Room Controls »
STEP 2
Click on « Quick Meeting »
STEP 3
Click « Join »
ROOM CONTROLS
If you started your meeting before starting the screens, click «...» then « Room Controls » to bring up the menu for step 2.

Guide to modification screens
If you want to change the streaming sources, follow the steps below :
STEP 1
Click «...» then « Room Controls »
STEP 2
Click on « Advanced configuration »
STEP 3
Select the source to broadcast then the destination screen (or screens)
STEP 4
To turn off a screen during your meeting, use the « OFF »source then select the screen to turn off.

Guide to turning off screens
Before leaving the Bora Bora room, please turn off the screens via the tablet (do not use the remote control or manipulate the screens) as well as the lights. To turn off the screens, return to the selection menupuis:
